Collaborative by Design helps institutions expand their collaborative learning capacity and align their social and technical systems so they continue to evolve towards excellence in response to a changing environment.

Our approach makes change an inside operation. The result is an inquiry-based culture that is responsive to its environment rather than reactive.  Our work is grounded in the research on effective learning, positive psychology and strengths-based scholarship. We teach the practice of  Appreciative Inquiry and use Experiential Learning in our lessons and practice.
